The mission of the Youth Department of Mt. Zion is to embrace and encourage children and
youth, those within the church as well as children in our community to develop a personal
relationship with Jesus, their personal savior. The Youth Department is committeed to:
Love each child with the love of Christ
Empower them with the Word of God
Equip them to be lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ

At Mt. Zion Baptist Church, we encourage and nurture the youth by providing Christ-like love and teachings of the Bible. Our Christ centered programs and activities are aimed to keep them engaged and motivated, while helping to develop them spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
