Golden Era Ministry is ministry composed of seniors, 55 years old and older. We meet once a month on the third Saturday to enjoy each other. We share experiences, play games and recognize all current events.
During every meeting we play games such as BINGO which is a Ministry’s favorite. Any Mt. Zion member who is 55 years of age and older is invited to join. However, you do not have to be a member of MT. Zion Baptist Church in order to be a member of the Golden Era. Birthdays are recognized at the end of every meeting. All holidays are recognized and celebrated. Christmas and Black History Month are very special to the Golden Era members and are catered affairs.
